Introduction
This five-day course shows how to define, assign and adapt team roles to improve performance and accountability. You will practice tools to diagnose role gaps, reduce overlap and make responsibilities explicit. Sessions mix short frameworks, real-team case work and ready-to-use templates. The emphasis is on changes you can implement in the next 30–90 days.
Objectives
- Assess team members against role requirements and produce a role-allocation plan.
- Design role rotation and backup arrangements to cover absences and skill gaps.
- Run structured conversations and use templates to resolve role overlap and conflicts.
- Develop a three-month action plan with metrics to monitor role effectiveness and accountability.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
